納米材料由于具有很大的比表面積,可以作為藥物輸送載體。運(yùn)用兩親性高分子修飾上轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)光納米材料,在納米材料和親水端之間的疏水層可以吸附一些化學(xué)藥物如阿霉素(DOX)再在其表面連接上一些靶向的基團(tuán)如葉酸(FA),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)靶向性的藥物輸送。同時(shí)中間的疏水層也可以吸附一些光敏分子實(shí)現(xiàn)新型的光動(dòng)力治療。光動(dòng)力治療是指一些藥物(光敏分子)在光照的條件下將吸附在周圍的的氧轉(zhuǎn)化為單線態(tài)氧或者是活性氧自由基,從而殺死腫瘤細(xì)胞。該方法最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不會(huì)對(duì)病灶周圍的組織造成損傷,毒副作用較小。
