西安瑞禧生物科技有限公司可以提供一種用于腫瘤癌癥細(xì)胞的光熱治療和光動(dòng)力治療的近紅外熒光染料IR-825,該產(chǎn)品的吸收波長(zhǎng)是810nm,發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)是830nm,該產(chǎn)品的末端帶有羧基COOH活性基團(tuán)可以參與反應(yīng)連接其他分子,這個(gè)產(chǎn)品的造價(jià)要低于ICG-COOH,可以廣泛用于腫瘤的光熱治療。我公司制備的IR-825純度95.4%,可以溶解在二氯甲烷、甲醇、DMF、DMSO里。

IR-825 from ruixibio is a near-infrared dye (NIR). IR-825, after encapsulated into nanoparticles may be useful for cancer photothermal and photodynamic therapy. IR-825 nanoparticles showed pH-dependent fluorescence emission and excellent near-infrared (NIR) irradiation of cancer cells targeted in vitro to provide cytotoxicity. IR-825 nanoparticles showed efficient tumor homing together with rapid renal excretion behaviors, as revealed by MR imaging and confirmed by biodistribution measurement. Notably, when irradiated with an 808 nm laser, tumors on mice with IR-825 nanoparticle injection are completely eliminated without recurrence within 60 days, demonstrating the high efficacy of photothermal therapy.
